These terms govern your access to and use of LovelyConvert and its file-conversion tools.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using LovelyConvert, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering into these terms in your jurisdiction.
2. The service
LovelyConvert provides browser-based tools for converting, organizing and processing files. Features, supported formats and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for every file and instruction you submit. You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions required to upload, process and convert it. You are responsible for checking converted files before relying on, sharing or deleting originals.
4. Acceptable use
You may use LovelyConvert only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or process illegal, infringing, copyrighted without authorization, harmful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-invasive or otherwise unauthorized content. You must not distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive traffic or use the service to harm another person.
5. Intellectual property
LovelyConvert and its site design, software, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. Your files remain yours, subject to the rights needed to process them at your request.
6. Accounts and security
Where account features are available, you are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining secure access to your email and connected sign-in provider. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
7. Service provided as-is
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that conversions will be exact, error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every file, or suitable for a particular purpose. Complex document layouts may differ between applications and formats.
8. Backups and data loss
Keep independent backups of important files. LovelyConvert is not a storage or archival service. We are not responsible for lost files, incomplete conversions, formatting changes, corrupted output, failed downloads or loss caused by browser, network, device or third-party services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LovelyConvert and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, business, opportunity or reputation arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being abused, security is at risk, or action is required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
