This policy explains the information LovelyConvert processes when you use the website.
Files and conversions
Converters designed for local processing handle files in your browser. Unless a tool clearly states otherwise, file contents are not uploaded to LovelyConvert for conversion. Your browser and device remain responsible for local temporary data and downloads.
Account information
If you sign in, our authentication provider may process your email address, name, profile image, account identifier and session information. We use this information to authenticate you and provide account features such as favorites and conversion history.
Conversion history
For signed-in users, we may store conversion metadata such as tool name, source filename, output filename, file count, page count and conversion time. This history does not need to contain the converted file itself. History may be automatically deleted according to the retention period shown in your account.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the service, provide requested account functionality, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
LovelyConvert may rely on hosting, authentication and database providers, including Supabase and the selected deployment provider. These providers process limited information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and your choices
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, security, and legal compliance. You may sign out, delete available history, or contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of account information.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised version and effective date here.
